Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM + Notion dashboards (clients, deals, SOPs)
- Schedule and confirm discovery calls
- Prepare proposals and invoices
- Keep our internal automations organized and up to date
- Support client onboarding and offboarding
In this role you will…
- Be the connective tissue between clients and delivery
- Help refine our internal “Operating System”
- Spot inefficiencies and design fixes before anyone else notices
