We’re looking for a creative operator who lives at the intersection of outreach, storytelling, and sales — someone who can turn curiosity into conversations and conversations into clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Research and qualify new leads (creative agencies, service firms, ops-heavy founders)
- Send 5–10 high-quality, personalized outreaches per day via email + LinkedIn
- Manage and update the CRM (Notion / Airtable) with follow-ups and call notes
- Book and confirm discovery calls for the founder
- Write low-pressure, high-value follow-ups and small nurture sequences
- Experiment with outbound tools (Apollo, Clay, Loom) to improve efficiency
- Report weekly metrics: leads added, replies, calls booked, deals closed
In this role you will…
- Learn the language of systems, automation, and operational design
- Become the bridge between Automanium’s story and the market’s needs
- Shape the early customer acquisition playbook that will power our growth
- Collaborate directly with the founder to test messaging, offers, and funnels
- Grow into a Growth Lead managing content + outreach rhythm
