Now we’re scaling that calm into the cold market — building predictable, thoughtful outreach systems that open real conversations with founders, not spam threads.
We’re looking for a Cold Market Outreacher — part operator, part communicator — who can run structured outreach campaigns, document everything inside Notion, and help us refine the outbound engine that fuels Automanium’s growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and manage cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, etc.)
- Source, clean, and enrich targeted lead lists
- Write, test, and optimize short cold email copy and follow-ups
- Track deliverability, open/reply rates, and campaign metrics
- Document every workflow and campaign process in Notion
- Experiment with new outbound tools and personalization methods
- Collaborate directly with the founder on strategy and reporting
