1. Introduction
We start simple — a short message, a Loom, or a quick chat.
We want to learn how you think, not how you interview.
2. Task
You’ll complete a small paid task that mirrors real work at Automanium — setting up a workflow, writing a few outreach emails, or documenting a process in Notion. We’re not testing perfection; we’re testing curiosity and clarity.
3. Presentation
We review the work together — you walk us through your thinking, what you’d improve, and how you’d scale it. If it clicks, we start small and build trust from there.
